What we collect

When you apply for a trip we collect: your name, email, phone (optional), city, social handle (optional), answers to the vibe-check questions, and payment information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store the full card number.

How we use it

To evaluate your application and communicate with you about your trip.
To process your deposit and any refunds.
To share basic guest information with confirmed trip-mates after approval.
To send occasional updates about upcoming trips (you can opt out at any time).

Who we share it with

Trusted service providers: our hosting platform, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@goodweekendclub.example.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the site and authentication to work. We do not run third-party advertising or marketing trackers. If that ever changes we'll add a consent banner.
