Terms of Service

These Terms govern bookings made with AD Aught Digital UG (haftungsbeschränkt) dba 4000 Weekends (the "Seller"), located at Am Kirchpfad 18a, Dietzenbach, Germany, phone [Phone — TODO], email hello@goodweekendclub.example. By submitting an application or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the disclosures required by New York General Business Law Article 10-A.

1. Services Offered

4000 Weekends hosts small-group sport and lifestyle weekend trips. Each trip includes the lodging, activities, and meals listed on its trip page. Transportation to and from the trip location is the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Payment Terms

A refundable deposit (currently $129 USD, displayed at checkout) is required to submit an application. The deposit holds your spot during the vibe-check and approval process. If you are approved, your deposit is applied toward the total trip price; the remaining balance is invoiced before the trip with a due date specified per trip. If you are not approved or you cancel within the statutory three-day window, the deposit is refunded in full within 10 days.

3. Customer Cancellation

You have a statutory right to cancel within three business days of receiving the written disclosure (see our Cancellation Policy). After that window, cancellation terms vary by how close the trip date is and are described in the policy.

4. Seller Cancellation

The Seller may cancel a trip if minimum group size is not reached, for force-majeure events, or for venue or host issues beyond our control. If the Seller cancels, you receive a full refund of amounts paid within 10 days. The Seller is not responsible for incidental costs you incur (transportation, time off, etc.) unless required by law.

5. Contingencies, Limitations, Conditions

• All bookings are subject to approval after a vibe-check conversation.
• Activities may involve physical risk; participation is at your discretion and subject to a separate waiver.
• Photos and video taken on trips may be used for marketing unless you opt out in writing.
• Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

6. Rights and Obligations on Cancellation

Customer-initiated cancellation: within the statutory window, full refund within 10 days, no further obligation by either party. Outside the window, refunds follow the trip-specific schedule in our Cancellation Policy.

Seller-initiated cancellation: full refund of amounts paid within 10 days. The Seller's obligations are limited to the refund unless otherwise required by law.
